welcome to the newly reinstated amanda in the city blog!

the short story is at right.

the long story is this:
at the end of last year i starting dating a boy and we started spending every waking moment together. there are several reasons that i didn't want to blog about the relationship, besides the fact that it would just make everyone sick to their stomach. but omitting that from my blog left me nothing to write about. so i just gave up for awhile. then when i felt like blogging again, and finally had something to say, i felt like i would have to start from the beginning.

now i see that this just isn't so!

i've just reread all my old posts and i think they're funny and still so true. i hope you'll read them if you haven't. but if you don't want to, just pick up from here and follow along.

many, many, many more updates to come. i hope you'll stick around to enjoy them.
