i hate driving

i am not looking forward to driving all the way to brooklyn tomorrow (i don't think it can be avoided, sadly) just to drive right back to stamford.

first of all, this insipid errand sucks because i hate driving in general. especially when idiots are driving around, cutting me off and other stupid stuff.

secondly, driving alone is boring, so i like to crank the tunes. but my ipod radio tuner thing hasn't been working well recently, which pisses me off.

on a good note, though, i have this new navigator thing on my cell phone, and it is brilliant. it directed me to port chester today. and i have it free until jan 12.

but in short, driving sucks. travel in general is frustrating, tiring and takes too long. i would love a teleporter like on star trek. when is someone going to invent one of those? is 2007 (almost), you think we'd have a teleporter or at least a flying skateboard by now.
