my new place

finally...finally, i feel like my apartment is becoming my home. this weekend, my parents came up for the second time and my dad helped me hang curtains in my room -- standing on my dresser the whole time. we also trekked to the new brooklyn ikea and bought a desk.

last night, i assembled the desk myself, using my power drill successfully for the first time ever. then i set up my stereo and unpacked my books. i think my room is finally complete!
