when i'm home in my own bed, in my own apartment, i like to watch sex and the city repeats at 11 p.m.

carrie bradshaw was just ruminating about the "plus one," a dreaded thing for a singleton.

"they say in new york you are always looking for one of three things: a job, a boyfriend or an apartment. but when you have two out of three and they're fabulous, how can you still be so miserable?" she said (or something like that)

so true, carrie, so true. while you might have the most perfect apartment ever and best job in all the land, and you are sad over your (temporary) lack of boyfriend, i have opposite problems.



what's a city girl to do?
