the beginning of my blog empire

this is a horrible picture of me. but it was taken with the camera of my newest toy: a blackberry. i have no real use for it, but gadgets make me really happy and i have been in need of some cheering up recently...even with the office back on tv.

beyond the obvious fun factor, i have been wanting a device of this type for over a year in the hopes that it will allow me to blog more often, giving me the freedom to write down what i'm thinking when the thought is still fresh.

i know i have also previously mentioned my hope to launch new blogs in the future. i am sick of making excuses for not doing it. this takes away one of my excuses: lack of accessability.

so...stayed tuned. new things are just on the horizon.
