day off

i am so excited about my (much anticipated and needed) day off tomorrow. its my first weekday off since the fourth of july, which was disappointing because it rained all day long.

i requested the day ostensibly to go to a 1:05 p.m. yankees-orioles game, but then i realized that i have several hours to just do nothing. man that feels good.

but of course when you think of all the things you have time for on a day off, your day starts filling up. for tomorrow, i am most looking forward to sleeping in. but, knowing me, i'll be up and at 'em sometime around 8 a.m. then i'm going to eat breakfast, go to the gym and shower before heading to the bronx for the game.

afterwards i have plans, too. and hopefully the evening will be capped of with the lovely so you think you can dance finale part one. all that too keep me busy plus a weather forecast that's beautiful, warm and sunny, what a perfect day!

and i don't even need any of that. days off are just fun, especially when they come in the middle of the week.
